Hello! If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We allow returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. The customer is responsible for return shipping expenses. Returns can be made in-person at either Quirk location free of charge.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Food items are not eligible for return
To initiate an online return, please complete the following steps:
- Email info@quirkgallery.com to initiate a return. Include your order number and the items(s) you'd like to return.
- Select your courier and return items to the following address:

If you received a damaged or different item than what you've ordered, please contact hello@quirkgallery.com within 2 days of delivery and we will assist you with a refund or exchange.
